Kurt Eberling Obituary

EBERLING
KURT, SR., on March 6, 2008 of Huntingdon Valley, PA, age 77 years. Kurt was a retired international master chef from the Campbell Soup Co. and was the creator of Spaghetti O's. He served in the US Army during Korea. The beloved husband of Marita (nee Gebhardt). Also survived by his sons Kurt Eberling, Jr. along with his wife Ann Marie and Steven Eberling along with his wife Gini. Grandchildren Eric, Billy and Andrew Eberling. Daughter Maria Carmen McDevitt along with her husband Joe; also by his sister Trüdel Friese and nephew Karl-Heinz Friese both of Germany. He was preceded in death by his daughter Karen Maria Eberling. Relatives and friends are invited to call Thurs. March 13 from 4 P.M. at the KIRK AND NICE SUBURBAN CHAPEL, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville PA, 215-354-0085 where a Memorial Service will be held at 5 P.M.

Sorry to hear of Mr. Eberlings passing. He was my Scout Master, and was a positive influence on me and all the other boys who had the honor. I'll always remember him saying,"I have two bricks in my car..."
