WARREN P., SR
Warren graduated from Glen Ridge High School, Swarthmore College in 1948 and received an MBA from Wharton in 1949. At Swarthmore, he was a 4-sport athlete and Captain of the Baseball team. He was a twice decorated WWII veteran who served in Europe in the 103rd Infantry Division. After the war, Warren worked for 40 years for Rohm and Haas in various positions ending as the Corporate Manager of Employee Benefits. He also served for 35 years on the Board of Directors of Independence Blue Cross.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers or donations, in his memory please try to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Warren and I Served in the third platoon of C Company of the 410th Regiment of the 103rd Infantry Division in the United States, France, Germany and Austria. We were foxhole buddies, both carrying Browning automatic rifles. Warren, standing over six feet tall was the epitome of a brave US Infantry man. He faced and overcame many a dire and dangerous situation. He participated in over 150 days of combat. My wife and I met with Duff and Warren many times after the War

Duff and Warren were great neighbor's for many years. It was my privilege to work with Duff on the Jenkintown Day Nursery Board. She was very dedicated and both Duff and Warren supported the mission for many years. They were wonderful people.
