ALEXINE WEAVER Obituary
ALEXINE (nee Sullivan), on March 16, 2013. Beloved wife of Robert Weaver, mother of Cathy Churylo (Gary), Joe Ehlinger (Cynthia), Bob Ehlinger (Sherry), Pete Ehlinger and Sue Verguldi (Anthony), step mother of Karen Weaver (Carol), Mark Weaver (Lori) and Laurie Plum (Matt), grandmother of Chris Sheffer, John Ehlinger and Crystal Pizarro (Joe), step grandmother of Jamieson, Robbie Weaver and Bradley Plum, loving sister of Suzanne O'Brien, Jerry Sullivan (Phyllis) and the late Barbara McNamara (Jerry), Robert Sullivan (Libby) and late granddaughter Kimberly Sheffer. Raised in Chestnut Hill, graduated Chestnut Hill College. Alex worked for both the House of Representatives and State Senate. A former Horsham resident, she summered in Ocean City, NJ and wintered in Naples, FL, an avid bridge player, crossword puzzle enthusiast and tennis player. In addition she often volunteered for worthy causes including Habitat for Humanity. In her final 8 years she resided in Brittany Pointe in Lansdale. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends. Family will receive guests 10:30 A.M. Tuesday at Wayside Chapel, 1151 Horsham Rd., Ambler. Memorial Service 11:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations to American Cancer Society Bike-A-Thon 2013, c/o Alex's Army, 1626 Locust St., Phila. PA 19103 would be appreciated. PLUNKETT F.H.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family with Alex's passing. My sister Sherry, (Bob's) wife had a very special relationship with her and she was always a source of strength and mentor to her. She was a "special lady".
