D'ANTONIO
ALFRED J., on March 29, 2013, age 88. He worked for Acme Markets in Phila. for 48 years. Beloved husband for 67 years of Peggy (nee Stornati), of Springfield, formerly of Upper Darby, devoted father of Lorraine Tacconelli, of Wayne, loving grandfather of Katrina; also survived by his brother Dante and nieces and nephews. Brother of the late Mario. Funeral Mass Wednesday at 11 A.M. in St. Kevin Church, Sproul Rd., Springfield where relatives and friends may call after 10 A.M. in the Church. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be sent to The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

I was sorry to hear of the death of your dear loved one. I'd like to share with you the scriptures that comforted me during my loss. Isaiah25:8 says that our Creator "will swallow up death forever and will wipe the tears from all faces." A strong faith in these words cab be a source of comfort in times like these.
