AMERICO A. "RICK". Nov. 17, 2012, of Bala Cynwyd, Pa. Husband of Barbara (nee Kutz). Father of Christine (Vincent) DiGiesi, Carlene (Michael) Nardi, Richard (Pamela) Vail and Dr. Sydney Vail. Brother of Gertrude and Helen. Grand-father of Michael, Matthew, Rebecca, Alexandra, Andrew, Olivia and Mason. Relatives and friends are invited to services Wednesday November 21, 1:00 P.M. at Main Line Reform Temple (410 Montgomery Ave., Wynnewood, Pa.). Int. West Laurel Hill Cem. The family will return to the late residence and request that contributions in his memory be made to The North Light Community Center or Main Line Reform Temple.

Rcik was one of the loving "second alarmers" on Revere Road, and I had to meet hos approval before moving in! Rick taught us that it's ok for guys to hug and kiss and show their love and caring for each other. Rick was always ready with a kind word, a warm smile and you knew he was a close and dear friend. He will be missed.....whether in Phila, the Jersey Shore, or Florida. Those places will never be the same! Thanks, Rick, for being our friend...and a part of our family.

After reading all of those wonderful and heartfelt condolences there is not much more that one can say. Except, for the loving, meaningful relationship & nmarriage that Barbara and Rick both shared. Emphatically it must teach us all a lesson on kindness, dedication and the true meaning of the Wedding Vows. Rick cared so much for every one but especially for his beloved Barbara, and she for him. Barb was there through the hardest of times and never faultered. Rick may have perhaps "left the building" but never our hearts. Rick and Barb are a couple that is the gold standard of GOD's Wisdom. May You Rest In PEACE RICK...see you on the other side!"
