BARBARA GILMORE Obituary
BARBARA ANN, on July 14, 2013, age 71, of Elverson, formerly of Wynnewood and Havertown. Barbara was a graduate of Haverford High School and Penn State University, she was a longtime Teacher in the Haverford School District. She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Ruby Gilmore; also survived by her cousins Christine Snow and A. Monroe Nelson. Funeral Service Wednesday 11 A.M. in THE FRANK C. VIDEON FUNERAL HOME, Sproul and Lawrence Rds., Broomall where relatives and friends may call after 10 A.M. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be sent to the Union Methodist Church, 200 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA 19083 or Tel Hai Retirement Community, 1200 Tel Hai Circle, Honeybrook, PA 19344. Interment private.

It was a pleasure taking care of Barb, and getting to know her. She had such a rough year, but was determined to fight as hard and as long as she could. Thank you Barb for the privilege of getting to know you, your "advice" and words of wisdom, and for sharing your thoughts and words. May you rest in peace and be remembered always as a fighter!! Thank you for the privilege of being there as you left this world and entered a new one......I'll be thinking of you everytime I watch Downton Abbey!

It was such an honor to get to know barb she is such an inspiration to me she never let anything get her down and she would always smile no matter what life threw at her. I will miss you dearly. May you rest in peace.
