EDWIN LE BON Obituary
EDWIN R., age 97, on April 14, 2013, of Springfield PA. Beloved husband of 69 years to Mary (nee Mowdray) Le Bon; devoted father of Robert Le Bon and Edwin R. (Pamela) Le Bon Jr.
Ed graduated from West Catholic H.S. in 1932 and also attend Univ. of Penna. He proudly served his country in WWII as as member of the U.S. Army 39th Infantry Regimen. Ed was a dedicated family man and loved spending time with his wife, sons and extended family. He never missed attend-ing his sons' sporting events. He was an avid fan of all Phila. sports teams, especially his beloved Phillies. He had a long career, 43 years, with General Electric in Production Manage-ment. Ed was also a man of strong faith, attending Mass on a weekly basis for his entire life.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Thursday, 10:30 A.M., O'LEARY FUNERAL HOME, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064, and to his Funeral Mass Thursday, 11:30 A.M., Holy Cross Church. Int. SS. Peter and Paul Cem. Contributions to Holy Cross Church, 651. E. Springfield Rd., Springfield PA 19064.

So very sorry to hear of Uncle Ed's passing, though I know the last few years were difficult. I remember him as such a delightful happy person. My love to Aunt Mary, Ed and Bob.

Always remember seeing Mr. LeBon when going to pick up Bo and the warm greeting he ALWAYS gave me! Awesome guy. Hang in there Bo! Love you man, Gunnar.....

I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Ed's passing. May you find comfort in knowing other's share your sorrow. May God hold you in his arms Aunt Mary, Eddie and Bob. I am sure he is catching up with my parents and all his friends that have preceded him.
