GUENTER ACKERMANN Obituary
GUENTER R., on May 25, 2013, age 89, of Newtown Square. Beloved husband of the late Isabelle B. (nee Barr); devoted father of Marjorie Ackermann (H. Mark Weidman) of CO, Janet Ackermann (Scott Wiesner) of CO and Ruth Ackermann (Rick Wothers) of TX; also survived by his 3 grandsons, Adam and Brian Trageser and Chris Weidman; his brother-in-law, Samuel Abrams; and many cousins in Germany. Memorial Service Thursday, 11 A.M., at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 2220 S. Sproul Road, Broomall PA 19008, where friends may call after 10 A.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the above named Church, or American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Phila. PA 19103. Int. private.

I have so many wonderful memories of being in the Ackermann household...my other home. Such a wonderful smart man. When I think of Mr Ackermann...I think of that big toothy smile. My thoughts are with you all.
