It doesn't seem possible that Harry will be gone a year. The fond memories I will continue to remember are very precious, his humor and generosity to me. He was an still is a special friend to me. I pray that his families will be in a better place now knowing he is with Marie and at peace. Peg K.

My thoughts and prayers go to Harry's family. I had the pleasure of living down stairs from Harry, we shared many a dinner with Harry. IN nice weather we sat in the shade of the umbrella and had wine. Harry's favorite answer to another glass was; "twist my arm". I loved Harry he would share his goodies from the fruit store, & I in return would bake and make dinners. I'll miss him very much. Love to his family, Harry, Sue and granddaughters. His daughter and granddaughters. Love, Peggy

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. The members of our CopNET family would like to thank Officer Harry Herman for his dedication and service to the citizens of Philadelphia. The passing of Harry will be broadcast to our 3,423 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to his family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia's Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. "Until we meet again, may God Hold you in the palm of his hand. " . . .
