HERBERT OSROFF Obituary
HERBERT, 97, of Bala Cynwyd on March 31, 2013. Herb was a retired CPA and one of the founding partners of Ostroff and Fair. He was married to the late Ruth Oliver Ostroff and is survived by his loving family: daughter Susan Bartow, son-in-law Robert, three grand-daughters Melanie Wills, Anna Laakmann, and Katharine Bartow Jacobs, and six (and one half) great-grandchildren. The family is in process of planning a Memorial Service.
