JEAN FERGUSSON Obituary
JEAN HATHAWAY, 86, died on May 20, 2013, at the Quadrangle in Haverford, PA. Wife of the late William Blake Fergusson and mother of Nancy, Jane, Bill, Betsy, Stan, and Katie; also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Her Memorial Service will be held on Wed., July 3rd, 2 P.M., in St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 36 Ardmore Ave., Ardmore PA 19003. In lieu of flowers, contri-butions may be made to APHON "Jean Fergusson Fund", 4700 W. Lake Ave., Glenview IL 60025.

We just heard of your mother's passing.
I remember Jean coming to visit my parents a few years back (Gordon & Rita Brown). She was always so good to stop in when she was home. Mom passed away last summer and Dad is in a Nursing Home. Dad used to get such a kick out of Stan and all the kids way back when. We all had a lot of fun in Waterside. Sandra, Betsy and I played together. I remember Jane, & Nancy picking berries with my sister, Donna and brother Gordie.
Now that I have children and grandchildren, your mom was some amazing to load all you kids in the car from Penn. and treck to Waterside. She was an amazing woman. My deepest sympathy to all. Take care.

Patricia Moore Harris, first cousin to Jeanie. My mom, Harriet Hathaway Moore was sister to Jeanie's father. I am so sorry to learn of her death. I will always remember our Aunt Blanche and Uncle Ralph speaking of her staying with them in Maine. I stayed with them many summers in my youth and was always called "Jeanie" by them and all their friends. Jeanie reminded me so much of my mother, they favored in so many ways. We were fortunate to visit with them and Bill Ferguson on the coast of New Jersey years ago when the Hathaway family got together. I have the picture of us all together sitting on my bedroom dresser, a good looking crowd. I would like very much to hear from one of the children. My e-mail is: [email protected].
