JOAO CARDOSO Obituary
JOAO M., of Glenside, died Monday August 5, at his home. Joao was a much-loved teacher of French and Spanish at Chestnut Hill Academy, where he worked for 29 years. He is survived by his wife Jennifer (Binzen), his sons Peter, Andre (Cristy) and John-Paul (Catherine), and his grand-daughter Elena Maria. Inter-ment is private. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 15 at 11:00 A.M. at the Chestnut Hill Seventh Day Adventist Church, 8700 Germantown Ave., Phila., PA 19118. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in his name to Friends of the Wissahickon, the park he so loved.
