JOHN P., age 30, on January 6, 2014, of West Chester PA. Beloved husband of Heather L. (nee Curlett) Barlow; devoted father of Ian Barlow; beloved son of Michael M. and Mary R. (nee Molloy) Barlow; brother of Michael G. (Shannon) Barlow and Brian D. Barlow; uncle of Jasmine.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Sunday 1 P.M., O'LEARY FUNERAL HOME, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield PA 19064. Funeral Service, 3 P.M., in the Funeral Home. Interment private.

John was one of my best friends througout St. Charles and remained friends in Upper Darby as well. Time and circumstance cause us to loose touch but through facebook I was always keeping tabs on John and his music career and was a fan of his work and videos. Even though hard core isn't my type of music the music he made along with his band was very good. I would listen to them over and over sometimes. I was very happy for him and his new family and was very saddened to hear of his passing. He was a unique and genuine person, a very rare thing these days. My thoughts prayers and condolences to the entire Barlow family and friends

John, I know this is for your family but I thought this more appropriate than a facebook posting. One of my biggest regrets in life is and will always be that we did not talk or hang out as much for the last year or so. Despite any time apart you were always one of my best and closest friends. We understood each other on a level that cannot be said of most and the world is already drastically different just knowing that you are gone. This week has been awful for me and I cannot even imagine what it has been for your family. Please know that I will always be here for Ian in any capacity I may be able to provide. I miss you like crazy already buddy. Nothing has ever made me want to believe in an afterlife more than this. I hope to see you again one day.

John was performed my life for a brief period of time. Out of every soul that I have met, I will never meet another like him. I will always be truly, truly honored that he preformed my wedding ceremony
