JOHN DALY Obituary
JOHN F., SR. "JACK", on April 20, 2013 of Newtown Square. In the spring and summer Jack spent his evenings at Newtown Edgmont Little League, where he was an important part of that organization for 50 years. Husband of the late June C. (nee Lawrence). Survived by his sons John F., Jr. (Beverly) and Richard A. Funeral and Interment Private. Contribu-tions in his memory to the Delaware County S.P.C.A., 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063 would be appreciated.

In all my years at NELL I always looked to Jack as how a coach or manager should act. What a truly good man. As a past president of NELL I could always depend on Jack's advice and guidance. Jack will be missed.

Anyone who has ever played at Newtown Edgmont Little League (NELL) in the past or will play at NELL in the future owes an enormous debt of gratitude to Jack Daly.

Jack was a good long-time friend of my father, Mike Salata (who passed away in October 2011). They spent many evenings coaching, managing, umpiring, & just hanging out at NELL. I know that if there is a heaven, those two will find a Little League to keep them busy & happy. My Deepest Sympathy, Michelle Salata Ross

Jack was a great person and always had a smile on his face. I had the privilege of getting to know him during my days spent at the Newtown Edgemont Little League. He will always be remembered.

Jack's family, Thank you for sharing him for so many years. Our sons went throuthe NELL and Jack was most active during those years. He was such a nice man and did so much behind the scenes to keep NELL up and running. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. Bob and Sue Bechtold
