My condolences to the family. I was wondering if this man is the same Joseph Ferrara badly burned at the age of 9 when he touched a railroad power line in Baltimore?

Uncle joe, you will be greatly missed. You were more than just an uncle, you were a friend and mentor. You were a brave and courageous person who loved life and his family. You were always positive and happy, even when times were difficult. I will miss our talks, especially about history. Love, Joe & Pat
