Rest in peace Joe. Your kindness, quick wit, and humor will live in my memory for a long, long time. I will never forget the fun times at Manoa Tavern on Sunday afternoons. God called you way too early from Your loving wife Donna and your two daughters. May you look down on them and keep them safe. Heaven will be a fun place to be now on Sunday afternoons now that you are there.
God Bless!

I am Joe's cousin. My father Jim McWilliams was Joe's mother's brother. I saw Joe only once in probably 40 years and that was at his mother's funeral. I am sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Donna,Kara and Kaley,
Joe always had a smile,a good line and a great gift for remembering little things that made everyone feel a little better. I (along with many others) was fortunate enough to visit Jamaica with Joe .At the end of our trip,we were all broke but Joe had this magical thing he called "the waffle"(credit card)and he took us to a fancy resort and we ate like Rockefellers. Of course his many years at Manoa meant "going to see Joe Leonard"was a Sunday ritual for a lot of guys.
Joe loved his family, and he will be remembered greatly and fondly by everyone lucky enough to have known him.Godspeed. Goose and Karen

Dear Donna,Kara,and Kaley,
Joe always had a smile, a good line, and a great way of remembering and recounting stories and good times.I(and many others) will always remember being in Jamaica with Joe -including the day he took us to a fancy resort for dinner( none of us had any money left)and he put the bill on his"waffle" and we ate like Rockerfellers.
He loved his family and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.Godspeed.Goose
