Hello, on behalf of my Mom, Kate McDaid and the rest of our family we send our condolences to the Richardson family. When she heard the news she said "I was his God-Mother".

I met Joe when we both worked for Radnor Township School District. From the beginning of our friendship, Joe always called me "Sarge." I'm not exactly sure why, as I don't remember barking orders at anyone, so I always felt it was a term of respect and endearment. The feeling was mutual.
I will truly miss him.

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with the entire Richardson family at this time. Uncle Joe was such a great man, he was stubborn, headstrong, loved his family and was a gentle soul. We are all better people for having had him in our lives, and may the many memories you have of him help you get through this sad time. He is now an angel in heaven forever watching over you from above! Rest in Peace Uncle Joe, we love and miss you!
Love, Michael, Chrissy, Mikayla and Mikie xoxo
