I just saw the flowers and am deeply saddened. Lenny was a man of old fashioned values who had his customer's best interest at heart. He would fix anything with scotch tape or bubblegum if it would help you out. I just talked to him when he was starting dialysis... this is a shock. He will be sorely missed by all........

Len was so special. He was the most kind, genuine, warm-hearted, friendly human being. To know him was to immediately like him and appreciate his unique qualities. His expertise and honesty in repairing cars were unparalleled. I am so saddened by his passing. He will always have a place in my heart, and whenever I pass his auto repair building I will fondly think of him.

I have been taking my cars to Lenny for almost thirty years. I had brief conversations with him each time. He was such a decent, hard-working person. I trusted him completely. I know he had various health problems over the years. I will always be sad when I drive by his "garage" on Conshohocken State Road.

Last time I spoke to Lenny, he had survived a recent hospitalization, and was about to have kidney surgery. I truly believed he was "in the clear". Then I saw the flowers on the door of his garage. I didnt go and read the notes the first day because I wanted to believe he had made it, and they were flowers of congratulations…….but the next day I read them- sadly because of my one day delay, I missed his funeral. IM so sad. He will be so missed. He just got his garage facade fixed too……:((((((. Bye Lenny…….

This is such sad news. Lenny has been our mechanic for so many years! He was always so good to me and my family. We will miss him and his great expertise with cars. My prayers and thoughts are with his family. Rest in peace Lenny.
