LEWIS KERSHAW Obituary
LEWIS J., on June 22, 2013, he was 85 years old, of Roxborough. Mr. Kershaw was retired from Pennsylvania Railroad/-Conrail with 40 yrs of service, Veteran of U.S. Army served during WWII and an avid fisherman along the Jersey shore. He sponsored many people who were in need.
Husband of the late Catherine (nee Ferere) Kershaw. Dear father of Michael (Sylvia) Kershaw, Denise Pienkowski, Rosemarie Cnudde (Kenneth) and Thomas Kershaw. Cherished Pop to many grand-children and great grand-children. Brother of Lillian, Harry, Mary, Patricia and Joseph; survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing in Church Thursday after 9:45 A.M. followed by his Funeral Mass 11:30 A.M. at St. Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pk., Lafayette Hill, Pa. 19444. Interment private. Donations in Mr. Kershaw's name maybe sent to VNA Hospice, 3300 Henry Ave., 5th fl., Phila., PA, 19129.

I knew Lew for over 25 years and he was an inspiration and helpful to everyone he met. He had a way of relating with everyone in a positive manner and he will be definitely missed.
