MARY LEWIS Obituary
MARY ANN (Spurgeon) May 27, 2013, age 73 of Gladwyne, PA, daughter of the late Dr. Dorsett Larue Spurgeon and Mary Dutcher Spurgeon. She was the beloved wife of John Hardy Lewis Jr. Survived by: 3 sons, Peter R. (Jennifer), David H., and Mark B. (Jennifer); a brother, Ned Spurgeon; a sister, Joan Brennan; 3 grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, and Sofia; many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may pay respects on Saturday morning, June 1st, from 11-12 noon at the WILLIAM A. MOORE FUNERAL HOME, 708 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. A Catholic Funeral Mass will commence at 12:30 P.M. at St. Matthew RC Church, 3rd Ave. & Fayette St., Conshohock-en, PA 19428. Interment, St. Matthew Cemetery in Con-shohocken. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary Ann's memory may be made to St. Matthew RC Church at the aforementioned address.

Mary Ann was the embodiment of life so why has she been taken from us so young? A mystery to which we have no answer. I am grateful to her for who she was, and for much good cheer and good advice, at critical times.
"May the Angels lead her into Paradise and the Martyrs receive her and bring her into the holy city Jerusalem; may the choirs of Angels receive her, and may she, like Lazarus once poor, find everlasting rest."
