ROBERT WHITEHEAD Obituary
ROBERT "WHITEY", on Dec. 6, 2013 of Glen Mills, formerly of Upper Darby. Survived by his beloved wife of 67 years Anna M. (nee DiBattista); his loving daughter Carol Ann Malone and her husband Thomas; and his adoring grandchildren Tommy (Laurie), Ann Marie (Emilio Oliva) and Robert and his cherished great grandchildren Emma, William and Matthew. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Tuesday evening 7-9 P.M. and Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30 A.M. at the D'ANJOLELL MEMORIAL HOME OF BROOMALL, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA 19008. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Glen Mills, PA. Int. SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to Hospice and Home Care Foundation, Mainline Health, 240 Radnor Chester Rd., Ste. 100, Radnor, PA 19087 would be appreciated.

I've has the pleasure and honor to have met this special man 3 years ago, holidays were always special he always seemed to look forward to them spending with his grand kids and made sure there were always strawberries available and plenty of slight of hand tricks and who could forget the envelopes at Christmas that was the highlight of night. It was an honor to go fishing with Bob he knew everyone on the boat from the first mate to the captain to the other fisherman, and of course Bob always bagged the most fish.
In the three years that I knew Bob he was a huge influence in my life and I can understand how he was my finances mentor and roll model for 43 years of her life.
You will be sorely missed here on earth Bob but heaven just gained an angel.
Until we meet again rest easy Bob, you've earned it.

So many special memories as a kid of grandpop. He always had a funny story or a practical joke to perform. I will always remember his big blue eyes and bright smile. He will be missed but never forgotten.
