SONIA "SUNNY" (nee Bell), May 19, 2013, of Bala Cynwyd, PA. Beloved wife of Leonard. Mother of Eileen (Murray) Cohen, Deana (Ed) Gambale and the late Scott Adam Thomas. Grandmother of Elaine Cohen. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Tuesday, 1 P.M., Main Line Reform Temple Beth Elohim, 410 Montgomery Ave., Wynnewood PA. Interment Private. The family will return to the late residence and request in lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory be made to Angelfood.org.

“Sunny Aunty”, as my two boys would call her, was more like a grandmother to them and like a mother and friend to us. We will always miss her love, vibrant laughter and her amazing spirit. We feel so proud to know such a strong woman who had such a golden heart. We wish the family the strength to cope with this huge loss. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate her life well-lived. With her passing we lost a very dear family member of our own.

Sunny was a very special person Her nickname was so appropriate because she could brighten a room with her laugh and smile. We will miss her but will treasure the good times we had. Our love and sympathy go to her family.
