SUZANNE (nee Goldberg), at 87, on May 3, 2013, of Bala Cynwyd, Pa. Wife of the late Forrest Raffel and the late Maurice Gruber. Adored mother of Ellen (James) Miller, Ginny (Leonard) Karabell and Joan (Seth) Koven. Devoted sister of Adele Block and the late Wilma Miller. Cherished grandmother of Nina, Jacob (Annie), Liza, Daniel, Laura, Zoe and Eli. Admired impresario of contract bridge at "Raffles for Bridge." We will miss your genius for making our lives fun and the glorious panache with which you lived your own. Friends are invited to memorial services Monday, May 6, 11 A.M. at Main Line Reform Temple (Wynnewood). Please join the family following the memorial service at the late residence. Shiva at 7 P.M. Monday evening also at the late residence. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Friends of the Wissahickon (www.fow.org).
