the Platinum Standard of Delaware County, and indeed, all PA attorneys. He bore a famous name and elevated it to new heights. He exuded integrity and expounded common sense and wisdom. We shall not often see his like pass this way again.

I just learned of Archie's passing and I am greatly saddened. I was a neighbor of his at his summer home. He hired me to do odd jobs while I was going through school but always welcomed me and took the time to strike up great conversation. He was truly one of the greatest people that I've ever met and I will remember him always.

Mr. Archbold represented me in 1973. I was in a car accident at age 19. He helped me with all aspects of my recovery. I wouldn't be writing this today if it weren't for his wonderful concern and guidance. Thank you Mr. Archbold for all your services. May your soul be with God. Amen !

I had the pleasure of working with Bill at Kassab Archbold & O'Brien and found him to be a kind, generous, and sweet man. I loved hearing his wonderful stories and will miss his smile and always upbeat disposition. Rest in peace Bill...you will be missed.

Barbara Archbold Brewster was one of my earliest memories, a great friend of my Mother, Edith Foote Carpenter. My deepest sympathy to you all on the loss of her son Cornell who sang in the Trinity Church Choir with my Mother when I was too young to know him.

I was sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Archbold (Arch). I use to work at his law firm in Media. He was the nicest and funniest man and a very caring person. He had the best laugh. Haven't seen him in a long time but will always remember him. Rest in Peace.

Bill was one of the truly beautiful people, inside and out. My brother Bill and I , played he and Jerry Lawless many times in doubles, we could hardly stop laughing and I know they are teamed up again! It was such a pleasure to know him. My deepest regrets to his family.

I was lucky enough to work with Arch for the last five years. So nice, so "natty" in his dress, the best laugh ever. He will be very much missed. Trish Bevers

Whenever I think of Bill I smile! What a great laugh and a caring heart. The world is definitely a better place for him being here. Bill was one of the nicest people I've ever known and somehow you always felt better for having spent time with him. I will miss him but am very grateful for having known him. I hope that the memories and love that his family holds will bring them peace and comfort.

I first met Bill when he came to work as a young lawyer in the firm of Hodge, Hodge & Cramp in Media, PA. I have seen him over the years and spoke with him about his Korean service along with my first husband, Martin, who also served on Bloody Ridge and Pork Chop Hill. Bill was a very special man with a very special smile and warm personality. He even gave me advice for morning sickness when I was pregnant with my oldest son. He was so natural, nothing phony about him, even after his so many achievements in his life. He seemed to have a special "little boy" quality within him, although a man of great intellect. I remember him speaking of his beautiful wife, once a beauty queen, and the love of his life. He will be sadly missed by all who ever crossed his path.

Bill was instrumental in my career. He was a willing mentor when I needed one. His guidance was spot on.I will never forget his encouragement to me as a young trial lawyer. I am truly sorry to learn of his passing.

It has been a very long time since we have seen Bill.....but our lives were enriched by the memories we hold of he and his wonderful wife and children. We were close friends in the 1980's and spent many holidays on their boat and their family summer home in Penn Yan. He was marvelous...just one of the finest human beings we have ever known. There will be a void without his being. That smile, the gifts of friendship he brought to those fortunate enough to have him as a friend.... his humour and kindness... he will be missed.
