Wincy was one of the first people I met through The League of Women Voters Chester County. A delightful, wonderful person who will be greatly missed.

I am so sad to hear about this. Wincy was one of the first people I met in Paoli when we moved here 30 years ago, and I joined the League of Women Voters. She will always be an inspiration to me of what a woman can be as she moves through life. All my best thoughts to her family.
