RICCIARDI

ANTHONY G., JR., on Nov. 11, 2013, formerly of S.W. Phila. Loving husband of Helen (nee Lafferty). Devoted father of Diane (Michael) Cavallo, Anthony (Kelli), James (Whitney), Michael (Jennifer). Brother of Carmel DeCesaris and the late John. Also survived by his grandchildren, DJ, Marissa, Mikey, Matthew, Kiki, AJ, Trey, Macy. Brother-in-law of Barbara Ricciardi, Ed, Agnes, Anthony and Jeanne Trotter, Peggy, and Jimmy Lafferty and the late Domenic DeCesaris, the late Joe and Maria Lafferty and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Friday, 6 to 8 P.M., and Funeral Saturday, 8:30 A.M., at D'ANJOLELL-STIGALE MEMORIAL HOME, 3260 Concord Road, Aston PA. Funeral Mass, 10 A.M., St. Joseph Church. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

Hey Poppy its been one year today since you left us. Not a day has past that I don't think of you. I know you are up there looking down on us. I worry about mom but I know you are protecting her. Daddy the day you left you took a piece of all of us with you. They say it gets easier, I find it getting harder. I love and miss you so much.

Hey Dad, you are always on my mind. I just made your guest book permanent so we can write to you when we want to talk to you. Daddy I now know why it was hard for you to see pictures of your dad. Because it brings the hurt right back not that it ever goes away but the feeling of not being able to breathe.. I do miss you dad I know you know this. The words I whispered to you stay true with me and will forever until we meet again. I love and miss you dad. I use to be afraid to die. Not no more because I know eventually I will be reunited with you. I can not wait for that day

Dad, What can I say? No words can replace the void I have in my heart. You were my Idol. i looked up to you like there was no tomorrow. The memories I have will make me smile but also remind me how much I miss you. I always blushed when people say I look like you, now I'm glad that I do. I watched you everyday growing up until the day you passed and you seem to amaze me like no other person can. You have touched so many peoples lives in many different ways and it has shown through the overwhelming response and support we have received. I long to be like you and hope to be half the man/father/husband you were to me to my wife and kids. If I can be that then know I did my job. I whispered in your ear on the bed that you did your job and I will do what I promised you a few weeks back when we had our talk. I said you could go with your family in heaven and as much as I want you here, I know you are at peace and not suffering anymore. My kids miss you dearly you were a great pop-pop to them. Matty said he has already talked to you since your passing and for some reason I believe him. I Love You Pop. As I write this just know tears are falling down my face, but they are tears of happiness cause I know you are now pain free. I will meet you on the other side. Until then keep watch over all of us. Ooh Rah Semper Fi Dad! You are my hero. Rest in peace.
