ARDELL REBHORN Obituary

REBHORN
ARDELL F. (nee Hoch), 87, of Ocean City NJ, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at The Shores at Wesley Manor in Ocean City NJ.
Born in Richmond VA, she was formerly of Audubon NJ and a resident of Ocean City NJ for five years. As a young woman, she worked for The Insurance Company of North America in Phila. PA. Mrs. Rebhorn was a devoted homemaker and mother of their two children.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, James H. Rebhorn. Surviving are 2 children, James R. Rebhorn and his wife Rebecca Linn of South Orange NJ, Janice B. Galbraith of Myrtle Beach SC; 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Dorothy Urban of Wynnewood PA and Jean Eberle of Southampton NJ. A Service of Memory and Love will be offered Saturday, at 12 o'clock Noon, from St. John Lutheran Church, 10th Street at Central Avenue, Ocean City NJ. Burial will be private. The family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to either Shores at Wesley Manor, 2201 Bay Avenue, Ocean City NJ 08226 or the Alzheimer's Association, Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market St., #102, Philadelphia PA 19106.

I always thought my Aunt Dell had the face of an angel. Because of her soft angelic features and because she is my Godmother, I felt especially protected by her and somehow closer to God. I am so blessed that she has been part of my life. I miss her already but know she is now God's angel as well as mine.
