IRVIN DWORKIN Obituary
IRVIN, January 24, 2016, of Port St. Lucie FL, formerly of Philadelphia. Beloved husband of Harriett (nee Shapiro); loving father of Joy (Cecilio) Santos and Brian (Beth) Dworkin; devoted grandfather of Rose and the late Antonio Santos, and Remi and Aidan Dworkin; cherished uncle of Bobbi and Albert Pazos. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Monday, 11 A.M. JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment at Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Dworkin. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Pediatric Advanced Care Team, Psycho/Social Team @ CHOP, 34th and Civic Center Blvd., Main Bldg. 11NW 90, Philadelphia PA 19104.
