RONALD ABRAMS Obituary
RONALD B., 72, of Washington Square, died Sunday, December 11, 2016. Ron was an attorney in Philadelphia. He is survived by his children, Gabriella Davidson (Lev) and Zoe Bayen (Alexandre); five grand-children; and sisters, Janice and Lani. Memorial Service at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, Dec. 15th at WEST LAUREL HILL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 225 Belmont Ave., Bala Cynwyd, PA. Shiva will be observed at the Davidson residence, Thursday, Friday before sundown, and Saturday and Sunday from 6-9 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to Mishkan Shalom Synagogue www.mishkan.org

Sun Mountain camp was where I first met Ron. We were grand friends there. And then within the recent past we accidentally re-met. He was a nice gentle soul.

I have such fond and funny memories of Ron. I was devastated to receive this news. I worked for him at his law office for years. I had the pleasure of sharing a warm friendship with his family. Eva, Zoe and Gabriella, stay strong, I just blew you guys a kiss and I'll speak to you soon.

Although I got to know Ron only a little, I am happy to have known such a nice man at all.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Ron at New Directions years ago but have not been in touch for the past two years.
We used to go to the movies together and he once gave me a photograph of Golda Meir pushing a baby carriage, which I treasure.
I am sure that Mishkan Shalom and the Peace Walk will miss him greatly.

May the Lord comfort you during this difficult time. Ron was a wonderful guy quiet but great wit who added so much to the Interfaith PeaceWalk. His passion for nuclear disarmament amazed and inspired me. A man who lived Proverbs 16:7. He will be missed!

Ron was a terrific guy, interested in everything. Will never forget when he went on a 100-mile bike trip with his bike club.
As an attorney, he fought for what he believed in, especially for equality among all peoples.
I will never forget him and send condolences to his family.
