David H. Johnson, 72, of Perkiomenville, passed away on Thursday, July 3 at Sanatoga Center. |
Born in Lansdowne, he was the son of the late Herbert G. and Jeannette (Powell) Johnson.
David was a member of the Church of the Epiphany in Royersford. He worked for Stanley Tool Co. for 28 years, retiring in 1997. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, was a volunteer at Frederick Mennonite Home and enjoyed and collected model trains.
Surviving is his sister Linda Kacser of Rockville, Md.; his close friend and caretaker Hiram Adams of Perkiomenville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his brother Stephen G. Johnson.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, July 9th, 11 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown.
