I have always thought of Richard as a dear friend. I've enjoyed my time with him as a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and then our occasional lunch or email chats. He was such a positive force for me even when dealing with all of his medical issues. He left us much too soon. I will remember him fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with his daughters and his siblings as they deal with their loss.
