Junnie Wood Obituary

EASLEY — Junnie B. Wood, 83, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at his home.

Born in Bamberg, S.C., he is a son of the late Israel Wood and the late Eula Poole Wood.

Junnie spent most of his life in Florida as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry.

Survivors include his brother Zack Wood (Elaine) of Pickens, several nieces and nephews and a special friend Betty Henson of the home.

Junnie was predeceased by his parents, two brothers; Uriah Wood, Coley Wood, two sisters; Beatrice Cattles, Daisy Mae Creel and a niece Eulah Rushton.

A memorial service to honor Junnie's life will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 in the chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home.

Mountain View Funeral Home is serving the Wood family.
