WALHALLA — Susan Marie Anderson Watt, 59, wife of William James Watt, of 104 N. Lovingood Avenue, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 at her residence.

A native of Pickens County, Mrs. Watt was the daughter of the late B.O. and Vivian Hayes Anderson. She was a math teacher with the School District of Oconee County.

Mrs. Watt's passion and dedication to teaching could be seen in her 23 years at Seneca Middle and twelve years at Walhalla High School. She loved her students and was always there to help anyone who needed it.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Watt is survived by a step-daughter: Catherine Watt; special cousin: Judy Erickson (Jim); her aunt: Elaine Waldrop (Guy); and many other cousins.

A memorial service was held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. John's Lutheran Church. The family received friends following the service.

The family was at the home.
