Douglas A. Cartwright Sr.
Norfolk - Douglas A. Cartwright Sr. 72, died suddenly May 24, 2013 in Maryland surrounded by family members. Douglas was a retired longshoreman, union 1248 for 30 plus years. He is survived by his wife Vida, sons, Christopher(Annette), Corry, Douglas Jr.(Michelle), a daughter Toni Moore(William), his brother Frank, his mother Vivian Cartwright and many other relatives and loving friends. The funeral will be Tuesday June 4, 2013 at 12 Noon at Cathedral of Faith COGIC, 2020 Portlock Road, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The viewing will be Monday June 3, 2013 from 2-8pm and a wake from 6-7pm at Riddick Funeral Service. Words of Comfort can be expressed at www.riddickfuneralservices.com
