We loved her more than words can describe, and will miss her dearly. Ruth was predeceased by her husband, William Clyde Duvall Jr.; two sons, George Drummond Duvall and Charles Montgomery Duvall. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth L. Melby and husband, John of Portsmouth, VA; daughter-in-law, Sheila Duvall of Virginia Beach, VA; two sons, William Clyde Duvall III and wife, Toko of Charlottesville, VA; and Thomas K.
