To the Warren Family, our deepest sympathies. Tom worked w/Jimmy at AMSEC briefly. A friend once told us "Time passes quickly... Grief does not, it will just take time. Keep those memories alive you are given and rejoice for you have been touched by someone in your life even in passing." Keep his memory alive, prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Jim I just heard of your passing and you will be sorely missed. It has been a few years since we worked together but I appreciated all the advice and knowing I had a friend to come to when I needed to talk.
To the Warren family:
Jim always talked about how much he loved his girls and you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

We have been deeply saddened by the news of Jim Warren's death. We had the pleasure of Jim as a neighbor for a very short time, as he had just moved in next door. He was very friendly and excited about his new home and we found ourselves looking forward to having him as our neighbor. Please pass on our sympathy to his entire family and know we will keep them in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name' sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: For thou art with me;
My prayers are with you and your family

Jimmy, you always had a smile and a kind word no matter the situation. Although I have not seen you in a couple years you were often thought of. You were a joy to work with and will be sadly missed, RIP my friend.

As I worked with Jim a couple of months ago, the farthest thing from my mind was that it would be one of the last times we would chat! The quality of his work was evident in the attitude he had and the sincerity he expressed for it, having done the same type of work at least one other company before coming to the government contractor office where I met him in Chesapeake.
On any given day the importance of our work and our lives may take a dip, the sky may darken and kind words become scarce. There may be challenges we face that seem insurmountable or problems unsolvable, but this is often because the resources around us are not there. Where is the book you need? How could the manual on this have been misplaced? Whose idea was it to let the one person that knew how to fix it leave our team? -- It was Jim's line of work to know these processes, to understand the value of every person's role in the process and to insure others would know how to get the job done also. -- I have no doubts he knew many of these answers and instilled in others the analytical process of stepping through a task from beginning to end.
To the family and friends who certainly knew him even better than I, keep in mind all the encouraging words he ever said to you, or the times when he asked you to go back and try something again not because he knew how to get it done, but because he knew you knew how to get it done.
I think he had more faith in other's ability to persevere and rise up to a challenge than he had in himself, but that is just a gut feeling. My sympathy goes out to the people who knew what was in his heart and who shared with him every success, every solution, and all the little fixes that kept (or will keep) many things running smoothly.

My condolences to the family of Jimmy. It is unfortunate that I have only known and worked with Jimmy a few months. He was a great guy that had greeted me to the East Coast with his cheerful smile and friendly personality. I will miss your morning greetings, your pleasant smile, and our chats as you passed my office on your way out at the end of the night. You've been a great friend and co-worker and are missed by many! Rest in peace my friend and my prayers to the Warren family.

I called you Jim - in the work environment we shared, compliance was your charge and one that, from my perspective, you accepted with that contagious smile and positive "can do"; you brought an ability to face serious issues with a sense of humor - - it is an uncommon trait to resolve serious things without taking one too seriously. For the time allowed, I always enjoyed working with you! Go in God's Speed, my friend! May the Good Lord Bless you and your family in the following days!

Jimmy will be missed so much and it is with great sorrow that I send these words of sympathy.
Jimmy was not only a co-worker but a true friend whom I will miss trading teenager mishap stories with. His bright new future in his beautiful new home was cut way too short. His "loud mouth" is missed throughout the building here at Woodlake (he knows I called him "mouth almighty") everyday, it's way too quiet around here!
I wish Jimmy's family much strength during this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Jimmy will always be remembered as a happy, loving, and kind person. RIP Jimmy...

Jim was such a good man with a big heart. He was alway reading and telling me that he is always trying to better himself intellectually. I was always telling him, "Jim, but you already know it all!" His laugh was always contagious and his spirit will always be in my heart. Knowing Jim has and will impact my life forever. I'm going to miss blowing off steam with you! I know you are in a wonderful place now and I'm going to miss you my dear friend.
