To the family of Mrs. Ruth Scott,
My condolences. May God sustain you during this difficult time. I met Mrs. Scott over 49 years ago when I
attended Dinwiddie Institute and she was one of the chaperone's for the girls. She was one of the sweetest and most loving person you ever want to meet. I always looked forward to seeing her at annual conference. I learned of her passing from an announcement from my pastor Rev. Kevin McGill, this morning in church. May God bless you all.
