Douglas Davidson Obituary
Virginia Beach - Douglas E. Davidson, 79, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 16, 2016. Doug was born in Danville, VA to the late Ernest and Ruth Davidson. He retired from Empire Machinery and Supply Corporation after 32 years of service.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 50 years, Nancy Davidson; a son, Todd Davidson (Kelley) of San Antonio, TX, and a daughter, April Thompson (Brian) of Virginia Beach. He was also survived by three grandchildren, Gavin and Camille Thompson and Grant Davidson, and a sister, Shirley Labiak of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11 AM at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 717 Tucson Rd, Virginia Beach, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew's UMC. Arrangements are with Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Condolences may be offered to the family at:
