He leaves to cherish, his precious memory a loving and caring mother and father , Two sisters Kristina L. Neal, and Dana McKee, a brother, Dr. Antwan Jordan, a neice and nephew, Alaysia and Eli Chacon. Loving grandmother; Ethel L Neal and Ruth Williams; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday August 6, 2016 at Metroplitan Funeral Service Norfolk, VA

I was one of Justin's middle school teachers. My heart was broken when I heard the tragic news. I sat, suspended in time, reminiscing on the year during which he was in my class. I remember a very bright and witty young man. While he often used his ingenuity in an attempt to escape many assignments, which he eventually completed well and with ease :), Justin was always charming and respectful. I will continue to pray for you, Justin's family and close friends as you all journey through this extremely difficult period. Though the void formed by Justin's passing will never be filled, fond memories and God's love are forever alive to ease your heavy hearts. In time, peace will come.
