Abigail May Yemm CHESAPEAKE - Abigail May Yemm passed away on Monday, April 19, 2010, at home in Chesapeake. She is survived by Mommy, Daddy and Big Brother. Abigail, our sweet baby girl: here you lie, ready to love - so delicate, so special and perfect, wrapped in pink from head to toe, snuggled in your blanket, snuggled in our hearts, tiny and sweet, you are beautiful and cute, you bring joy for us to keep. Forever you will be, Baby Girl to me, Baby Girl to me. Peninsula Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Such a beautiful little angel. With you for a little bit of time, but in your hearts forever. You are all in my heart, with thoughts and prayers.

I found comfort in this : "Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal". I wish we could take the pain away. Turn to your faith. We love you all and ache and grieve for you! Baby Abby is in our hearts as are you all.

A little bundle of blessing, loaned to us for a short while. She may be gone from this earth but not from our hearts. --Auntie Kay
