Dear Maureen, Katie, Brian and family,
My heart goes out to you in the loss of your mom.
I hope your memories of times with her can bring a smile to you at this sad time. She was one of a kind! When I first met her I was a little afraid of her- you have to remember she was my boss, and I didn't know what I was doing waiting tables. But then I wanted to please her, so I remembered which side to serve, and which to clear. She was no nonsense, but had a heart of gold! I am indebted to her- she gave me a sense of family and belonging when I came by your house in Florida.
