Annie Boothe Obituary

Annie Jane Boothe SUFFOLK - Annie Jane Boothe, 60, of the 8500 block of Pineview Road, departed this earthly life Sept. 2, 2010 at Medical College of Virginia hospital in Richmond, Va. She was a native of Suffolk born July 27, 1950 to the late Hurdle B. Williams and Ruth L. Boone. She was preceded in death by her brother, Linell Langston. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 40 years, William Bernard Boothe; one sister, Glozia Mae Freeman; one stepson, Andre Dent (Cynthia); two nephews, Orlando Langston (Ellen) and Brent Langston (Phyllis); two nieces, Jennifer Freeman- White (Timothy) and Vannetta Chappell (Brian); eight grandchildren, three aunts, three sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law and host of nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Monday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. at Palm Tree Baptist Church officiated by the Rev. Anthony Sommerville. She will be laid to rest in the Boothe family cemetery in Gates, N.C. Crocker Funeral Home Inc. is handling the arrangements. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.crockerfuneralhome. com.
