STEWARD FAMILY,
YOU MAY NOT REMEMBER ME BUT I REMEMBER MS BESSIE AND ALWAYS WILL. WE GREW UP RIGHT BESIDE HER AND WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER WIT AND ALL THE TIMES WE WENT AND HELPED HER GET HER CLASSROOM READY FOR THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR. BACK THEN PEOPLE JUST STARED AT US, THESE LITTLE WHITE GIRLS HELPING THE BLACK TEACHER IN THE BLACK SCHOOL. BUT WE DIDN'T CARE,WE WERE JUST HELPING MRS. STEWARD. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO YOU ALL
