Betty Pangle Obituary

Betty Jean Pangle
Zuni - Betty Jean Pangle, 74, of the 8300 block of Cut Thru Rd., passed away February 29, 2012 in her home.
A native of Norfolk County, daughter of the late William and Lillian Ewell and widow of Edwin Earl Pangle. She was retired, co-founder of Pangle's Auto and a member of Churchland Assembly of God.
She is survived by a son, Robert Earl Pangle; two daughters, Lisa P. Agosto-Ramos and husband Rafael
and Phyllis J. Wiggins and husband Dale; two sisters, Elsie Tiedeman and Audrey Spencer; two brothers, Emory and Joseph Ewell; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, 1 p.m. at Churchland Assembly of God, 4209 Twin Pines Road, Portsmouth, VA with Pastor Larry O'Brien officiating. The burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
