Bevis Taylor Obituary

Bevis L. Taylor CHESAPEAKE - Bevis L. Taylor of the 1200 block of Stewart St., died April 4, 2010. Born in Kaiserslautern, Germany, he attended Oscar Smith High School. He is survived by his mother, Brenda L. Gordon of Chesapeake; father, Anthony Taylor of Norfolk; stepfather, Cornelious Gordon Jr.; three sisters, Quanea Taylor, Toni Taylor and Aryanna Taylor, all of Norfolk; two brothers, Jabez Taylor of Maryland and Anthony Taylor Jr. of Norfolk; grandparents, Bessie Mae Jenkins of Franklin and Cornelius and Willie Mae Gordon of Virginia Beach; and a host of relatives and friends. A funeral will be held Friday, April 9, at noon in Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, the Rev. Larry Powell presiding. Burial will be held in Southview Cemetery, Franklin. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, handling the arrangements.
