Carrie Sorrells Obituary

Carrie E. Sorrells VIRGINIA BEACH - Carrie E. Sorrells, 85, passed away peacefully May 29, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy Sorrells and her parents, Mack and Lillian Huffman. She is survived by her brother, Robert Huffman of Bellevue, Wash., and her sister, Eloise Diaz of Asheville, N.C. She has one daughter, Nancy S. Wright and her husband Donald of Virginia Beach and two loving grandchildren, Tracey Mack and her husband Dave and Janice Wright; along with three wonderful great-grandchildren, Christina, Christopher, Casey Freeman; and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. June 6 at Altmeyer Funeral Home-Twiford Chapel, 929 South Battlefield Blvd., Chesapeake. Condolences can be made at www .altmeyer.com.
