Charles M. Gay
Virginia Beach - Charles Michael Gay, 51, passed away on June 9, 2014.
Born in Corpus Christi, TX, he was a Dallas Cowboys fan, Richmond Motor Speedway fan and enjoyed catfishing on the James River.
Left to cherish Chuck's memory are his wife of 18 years, Lisa P. Gay; children, Taylor, Shay and Gavyn; grandson, Aysa; parents, Willliam Sr. and Betty Gay; brother, Bill "Butch" Gay, Jr. and wife Trish; niece, Kristin; nephew, Wil; along with a host of extended relatives, friends, and his beloved dog, Murphy.
The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 7 to 8pm. The funeral service will be held at 11am, Friday, June 13, 2014 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. So sorry to hear of Chuck's passing, he was a truly good person. Haven't seen him or his family in many years but I think of them often. Hearing about Chuck's passing saddened me greatly. Bill & Betty were my tax persons for many years and Chuck was the concrete contractor the first house I built. Good people, Great family! God speed Chuck and my thoughts and prayers to all of his family
