Clarence Gallop Obituary

Clarence E. Gallop SEATTLE - Clarence Ernest "Buggy" Gallop, 56, of the 4000 block of 59th Ave., died Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at the Veterans Hospital in Seattle. Mr. Gallop leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Emma Gallop Banks of Portsmouth; his father, Edward Wilson and stepmother, Eugene Wilson; seven sisters, four brothers, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral for Mr. Gallop will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, at New Providence M.B. Church, Shawboro, N.C., with Elder Marcus Etheridge officiating and delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at 303 Ivy Neck Road, Camden, N.C., the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wilson. Walson Funeral Home, 723 Parsonage St., Elizabeth City, N.C., is in charge of arrangements.
