Unfortunately, I didn't know my Aunt Charlayne well and I will always regret that we lived so far apart. However, I do remember her from a few trips we made in my childhood to my Grandparents home in Altamont. I remember from those trips that she was a kind and caring woman and I know she will be greatly missed.

Turner Family,
Mrs. Turner was close to the heart of one of my dear friends. She opened her heart and home with no questions asked and expected nothing in return. She accepted people for who they were and that is such a rare and beautiful quality. Although I had met her only a couple of times, the impact she made on so many lives was great. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

Charlayne was a wonderful woman and she will be deeply missed. I enjoyed working with her very much. Her smile was contagious and she gave so much of herself to all those she cared for. Rest in peace my friend!

Although we haven't kept in touch much in recent years, she was very important to me as a child and was always my favorite aunt. I will miss her loving smile and the sound of her laughter. I love you, Aunt Charlayne... I wish I could have seen you again.

Charlayne, what a wonderful woman, wife and mother. I had the lifes pleasure of being her neighbor when the kids were young, and thru their teens. She loved her family more than life. We shared dinners, shopping trips, children and many ideas regarding life itself. After many moves, we had lost touch with each other.
I last saw Charlayne in December of 08 at the commissary during a time when one of my own children faced cancer, and now feel so bad that I spent so much time with my own problems and missed out on sharing life with her again. She will be truly missed as she was truly loved.
