Eleanor Mason Obituary
Eleanor H. Mason VIRGINIA BEACH - Eleanor H. "Tootsie" Mason, 94, passed away Jan. 13, 2008, in a local hospital. She was born in Cartersville, Va., and was the widow of Charles L. Mason. She was a longtime member of Old Donation Episcopal Church. Eleanor is survived by her daughter, Eleanor Irvin; a son, Charles L. Mason Jr. and wife LaRay W.; and five grandchildren, C. Michael Irvin, James E. Irvin, Elizabeth I. Bakunas, Cheryl M. Bolick and Charles L. Mason III. A memorial service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in Old Donation Episcopal Church by the Rev. Robert J. Randall Jr. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Old Donation Episcopal Church, 4449 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455 or a charity of ones choice. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
